Formulations and adjuvants for abamectin

Abamectin is in China the most widely produced and used biopesticide. Worldwide, several companies produce abamectin-containing products and volumes are expected to grow. In this competitive market, more effective and environmentally sound formulations are seen as drivers for future commercial success. Chinese academia is heavily involved in the development of new formulations. Adjuvants & Formulations pays attention to this trend.

Glycine functionalisation of nanopesticide improves root-knot nematode control

Chinese researchers have improved the translocation of a foliar-applied nanopesticide by funtionalising it with glycine. An experiment with this nanopesticide showed improved protection of cucumber roots against penetration by root-knot nematodes. Adjuvants & Formulations summarizes this study briefly.
