Foliar uptake of agrochemicals and its interaction with adjuvants
The
performance of many foliar-applied agrochemicals depends on the
retention of the spray solution by the foliage and the uptake of the
chemicals into the leaves. Both factors can be improved by addition of

Encapsulation extends activity of biostimulant
The
biostimulant menadione sodium bisulfite can increase drought tolerance
of crops. However, repeated treatment is needed to maintain this effect.
Encapsulation of the biostimulant increases drought tolerance and
delays the need for retreatment. Adjuvants & Formulations summarizes briefly the results of this Portuguese study.
